HOW & ITS
LOANABLE AMOUNT:
- OFW -loanable: 150%of your salary; must have the contract and sked to
depart (1day release) + basic documentary requirements
- ALLOTTEE
LOAN - loanable - 15k to 150k; marriage contract, allotment slip(seaman)/proof
of remmittance(OFW), at least 25k, if not other proof of income,
cert.of employment +basic documentary requirements
- MIGRANT LOAN - loanable:
150% of the salary; with immediate family/relative in the phils as
beneficiary with: 2 valid ID's proof of billing, latest proof of
remittance, joint CA, proof of residency migrant: signed PN,copy
of passport & visa (entries & exits)/work permit/residence permit,
cert. of employment & latest payslip, company ID, + basic documentary
requirements.
- BUSINESS
LOAN - loanable:up to 15 to 300k; DTI, business permit, bank statements,
existing for at least 1year + basic documentary requirements
- CORPORATE
LOAN - loanable: up to 500k; DTI/SEC, mayor's permit, secretary's certificate,
bank statements, business existing at least 3 yrs + basic documentary
requirements
- DOCTOR'S
LOAN - loanable: 30 to 250k; updated PRC ID, 2 months current account/savings
account statements, patient's ledger + basic documentary requirements
- CAR LOAN - loanable:
30k -500k up; OR/CR, CTC/cedula,TIN (with proof) picture of vehicle,stencil
of motor number & chassis(in blue form).
comp. insurance, + basic requirements.(car model: 1992 above; luxury
car: 1999 above)
- TRUCK LOAN -
loanable: 30k- 250k up to 1M; OR/CR, stencil of motor & chassis#
from LTO, CTC, TIN,latest picture of truck + basic requirements
- REAL ESTATE LOAN- loanable-50k to 500k; TCT, tax declaration, vicinity
map w/ location plan,appraisal fee of 2,500 + basic requirements
- SALARY LOAN - 15k to 50k; regular status for 2yrs, with basic salary
- (single)20k/mo,
(maried)30k/mo,1 month latest payslip,3 months bank statements/latest
ATM print/ITR; original COE + basic doc requirements.
BASIC DOC. REQUIREMENTS: like: proof of biling (meralco / water bill),
2 valid ID, 3pcs 2x2 pics, NBI/police clearance (some type of loan
need this)
